ORDER PROCESSING TIME
It takes 24 hours after you place your order for us to process your order. After the order processing is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, with your shipping tracking number included. It takes 72 hours after you have placed your order to receive your shipping confirmation email. Any order placed after 7 PM central standard time will be processed the next business day.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
Typically, it takes 3 to 6 business days (if you choose expedited shipping) for all orders placed for delivery in the United States of America. It takes 6 to 9 business days (if you choose expedited shipping) for all orders placed for delivery internationally.
DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE
Some countries do charge duties and taxes for international purchases. We are not responsible for that cost, please check your country's duty and tax fees.
SHIPPING COMPANY WE USE
We typically use (but not exclusively) USPS for shipments within the United States of America. And we typically use (but not exclusively) DHL Express and UPS Express for international shipments.
All products purchased may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. The 30 days starts from the time your order was placed. If 30 days have passed since the purchase of your order, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused (a one-time try on is exempt from being considered used), and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return please email email@example.com, the subject line should state “return” and the message should include your order number. We will email a return shipping label to you for the return.
Exchanges (if applicable).
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be new and unused (a one-time try on is exempt from being considered used), and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will email a return shipping label to you for the exchange. A store gift card is given for an exchange.

The shipping cost paid by you when your order was initiated is non-refundable.
Refunds and exchange approvals.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved for a refund then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card, or original method of payment within 7 business days. If you are approved for an exchange, then a store gift card will be issued to you immediately.
