Please notify us before 7 PM central standard time on the day your order was placed. You can notify us by sending an email to email@example.com. After 7 PM central standard time, we will not be able to change or cancel your order. You can return or exchange your order in accordance with our return and exchange policy.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Please take a picture of the item(s) and email it to email@example.com, with a description of the damage. After the inspection of the picture, you will be issued a return shipping label to return the item. In the email correspondence, you will be asked if you want a refund or an exchange.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Yes, we do. The expected delivery time for international orders varies on your location. Usually, it takes between 6 to 9 business days for expedited shipping and 10 to 13 business days for free standard shipping.
